A foreign currency bank account can be allowed on application to the Ministry of Finance. The major consideration is that the applicant must have a source of foreign earnings.
Requirement of opening bank accounts:
- Copy of Birth certificate
- Proof of Address
- Bank Reference
- Residence Permit
- Identification in the form of a passport, Social Security Card, Drivers License
